How do I get my column data like this?
The feature you are looking for is probably "Column type - Tag (Dropdown)".
And if you want to set logic to change the color of the tags with your own colors you can do what I posted in here: Tag (dropdown) from query - data format issue
Another way if setting your own color for each tag is being worked on - when that becomes available, I will post back here.
