Is it possible to create a new user for Retool within the app?
I will have people within the app that will need to create a user and set the user group (permissions are set for the groups already).
Can this be done in the app itself? Are there any documents/resources (videos) that show this being done?

Retool implements a subset of the SCIM 2.0 REST API that is required to work with IDP vendors like Okta. If required, it's also possible to use these APIs directly to have your own custom user and role management system.
