Hi, I'm trying to access an organization to try things out, but every time I try to log in, I get the prompt to create an organization instead of join one. When I had the owner try to invite me, it told him that I was already in an organization. I didn't actually complete sign up as result, but it now seems my account is caught in purgatory... Would someone please help? Also, since I can't log in, I can't get to the support chat. It'd be nice if it was available outside the app.
