AWS Bedrock Model / Agent not available

I've deployed an AWS Bedrock Agent, up and running:

I can test it in the console and it also refers to the knowlegde base.

This is the configuration in Resources:

The Agent uses Claude Sonnet 3.7 in Region eu-central-1

However, this is the items with "Sonnet" i see in Retool

How can i interact with the Agent in AWS Bedrock?

Hi @whynot,

I was looking around to find an answer to your question, and it seems that another user was able to get this working, although they reported at first the bedrock hosted model did not appear at first but then it did appear

They mention that they are using the AmazonBedrockFullAccess full access policy. Check if you have the same level of permissions and then maybe give the app a nice hard refresh to see if the model option will be re-fetched and populate :crossed_fingers:

Hi @whynot,

Just wanted to follow up to see if this issue was resolved after waiting for the UI to refresh to show the model?

Hi @Jack_T ,
i guess i did not specify exactly what i wanted. So here another try.

I have created the agent in AWS Bedrock already, in Playground it is working including references to the AWS Knowledge Base.

I can not find a way to interact with that agent out from Retool, either using existing resources or Rest-API requests.

Hi @whynot,

Thank you for specifying, are you getting an error message when you click 'enable' from the 'Setup Amazon Bedrock' or when you test the connection from a REST API resource?
