Are Gmail and Google Drive supported in the new App Builder?

I'm trying to build an app in the new App Builder that uses Gmail and Google Drive, but it looks like these resources may currently only be available in classic apps.

  1. My goal: I want to create an app that uses Gmail and Google Drive using the new App Builder.
  2. Issue: It seems that Gmail and Google Drive are only usable in the classic app.
  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:
    • Asked AI about it before creating the resource, and it told me that I can use both in the new App Builder, but they weren't showing in the chat panel of the new App Builder.
    • Then I tried looking for the official docs for both Gmail and Google Drive myself. I can't find one for Google Drive, and the Gmail one does not state that it isn't yet supported in the new App Builder.

Hi @g.hawsen ! Polly from the docs team here! Sorry to hear that the AI chatbot isn’t accurate, but I really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I totally agree that we should add a notice to the resource integration guide, and I reported this to the rest of the team.

The good news is that I know that the engineering team is working hard on making sure all the resources are supported in the new app builder, so I hope this will cease to be an issue very soon!
