A while ago, my feature request to be able to specify the length of a checkbox label was fulfilled, but it doesn’t change the placement of the checkbox itself, which remains aligned to the right edge of the space alloted for the component. What I’d really like is to be able to choose whether the checkbox is left- or right-aligned, the same way I can left- or right-align the label.
The goal is that when a checkbox is placed above or below an input component with the same length alloted to the label, the left edge of the checkbox will line up with the left edge of the input box, so instead of this:
