When you make changes to a reactive, or non manual, query (ones with the Run query automatically when inputs change option) you only have the Save & Run option. Sometimes you do not want the query to run yet. Like when the Success event is going to set off a whole chain of still buggy actions you do not want to happen yet.
Also many times when I am editing a query I do not want it to run as it is just not needed right then, like when I change an event handler or disable options.
