I see there is an NFC tag reader component in mobile apps, what about NFC write?
Not at this time. You can find all of the methods we have available for NFC in our docs.
this isn't an acceptable solution I have already checked all the methods available, but it seems weird that you guys have missed out the ability to write to an nfc tag!
Can you add this to an urgent feature request pls, at the moment we cant use Retool mobile app because of this piece of missing essential functionality, it makes this app completely useless without this.

@peter.b can you share more about your use case? What data are you putting on the tags, how many/how frequently are you writing tags, how many unique tags, etc?

We currently have over 1,000 staff and we want to replace the paper business cards with digital nfc ones.
Retool mobile with a combination of a retool web app looked like a good solution except we then discover that the retool nfc component cannot write the tags!
So that immediately rules out using retool as we have to be able to update , create new digital business cards and we don’t want to use one app to read and another app to write the nfc business card tags.
Can’t really understand the thinking behind a component that only reads the tags!
