Workflow lacks a Global-view

We are loosing huge time in workflows because of decision made in the product:

  • An user can move the view with almost limitless boundaries
  • The zoom-out is limited to a maximum
  • There is no global view to show where you are visually within a workflow (like a small window at the top corner that shows your current view within the full workflow)

So I'm scrolling everywhere to find my blocks, losing time and efficiency. Adding a global view shall be easy/fast in terms of development.

Do you mean extending the functionality of the minimap in the bottom right-hand corner?

When clicked...

...and you can drag around in the minimap to scroll to the different parts of your workflow. Does it need to do something else?

FWIW: I find the treeview is also sometimes easier to follow for larger workflows:
