VPC Error when copying s3 files

Hi,

I'm trying to copy a file from one folder to another in an S3 bucket.

I have the bucket resource in the block and using "Copy a file to a new location"
but get "VPC endpoints do not support cross-region requests".

I'm not sure why as the source and destination are the same bucket, but different folders. My bucket is also us-west-2, just like the Retool region, and forcing that region in the resource config does nothing.

Any thoughts, or help is appreciated.
