Hi, I am trying to create a form where users can upload a name and ID and a file, and the file will be saved in a gdrive folder. For extra points, i would like to append name & ID to the file name when it is saved

Those docs apply to Google Cloud Storage specifically! Are you currently using the Google Drive API?
