I have been trying to run workflow from app with no success (even with simple workflows). I get no output in workflow query results.

Hey @Quentin_Chatenet, welcome to the forums!
Are you sure that the workflow is actually running? If you take a look at the run history within the workflow, you can verify it is actually being triggered.
Also, are you sure that the workflow has been deployed with the current state? Check in the top right where the deploy button is.

Thank you for replying quickly. It was very helpfull as I wasn't familiar with deployment of Worflows. Indeed, after deploying it is now working properly.
