Unable to connect to AWS Postgres SQL

  • Goal: Trying to connect to my AWS RDS Postgres database

  • Steps: credentials are all verified to be correct as work on other systems like my node server, python server and postman. Even though my inbound security allows access for anywhere, I also explicitly added permission for ports 35.90.103.132 and 44.208.168.68 as recommended by Retool. Still not working.

I don't believe exporting the app would work for anyone else except for Retool team members; possibly.
