The file input component does not open the file selection dialog.
Click on the browse does not work!

Same Issue on Google Chrome.
Reproduce:
It seems to be working correctly in Firefox.
It was working about a week ago.
Can confirm that it works on Firefox, but doesn't on Chrome. The file selection dialog simply doesn't open.
It seems to be a bug in Google Chrome.
It worked properly after updating to the latest version 123.0.6312.87.
