The db connection is not working

I don't know exactly when it started, but DB connection is not working only in Retool.

The connection was working for a while, but it is not working continuously.

To better understand and resolve the issue, could you provide a bit more context?

  1. What database engine are you using?
  2. Can you provide the error object that you’re receiving, as shown in the previous screenshot?
  3. Some resources, like databases, use an allowlist of IP addresses to prevent unauthorized connections. Have you ensured that the Retool IPs are added to your database server’s allowlist?
