Greetings, why did the business plan excludes the models such as Claude Opus 4-6 and higher from the free trial in business plan when setting an agent for it?
Hi @Icarus_Lassale! Welcome to the Community forum ![]()
The engineering team is extensively testing newer models (e.g. Claude Opus 4.6 or higher) to evaluate model performance across our AI products, and so they are being selective about qualifying new models before turning them on broadly for everyone to use ![]()
At this time, these below models (non-greyed out) are available to use as Retool-managed LLMs - otherwise you will need to provide your own key for the other ones:
Was there a particular model(s) that you are interested in using? I can check internally for you to see if there are any status updates on adding them!

Yeah, I was interesting in using the Claude Opus 4-6, I am just hoping that those models wouldnt be gone from the selection permanently, for the sonnet models is not very good for my purposes. If its possible, may I know for how long the Opus 4-6 will be gone? Or it is permanent after all?
Hi @Icarus_Lassale!
Thanks for your patience as I was waiting for confirmation from our engineering team about this!
Opus 4.6, 4.7, and 4.8 are supported, but they are intentionally unavailable with Retool-managed credentials for free plan and free-trial organizations. This restriction was put in place after instances of free trial abuse of these models.
If you would like to use these models, you can do so with your own Anthropic key.
Opus 5 is not currently supported in Agents, and there's no timeline for including this model at the moment.
Hope this helps clarify things! Let me know if you have any other questions!

It is fine, thank you
