Sticky Environment display in Resources Tab

Currently the toggle and display of environment is "sticky" but only for a little bit of scrolling.

If you scroll too far, then it slides up and away. This is really frustrating to not have an always visible display of what environment I am working on.

Hey @khill-fbmc agree, this should be sticky throughout the entire scroll! I've submitted a bug report for this and can update you here as I get any additional information to share.
