I did a select in a table on a text field to fullfill a selection list and I have some small circle appearing on certain elements of the list, any idea of what it is ?

I did a select in a table on a text field to fullfill a selection list and I have some small circle appearing on certain elements of the list, any idea of what it is ?
On this example we can see it upfront Alex Carozza.
The "small circle" is set up via the "color" property in the list options – if you remove the value there the circle should disappear as well!
