I have a Business plan on Retool cloud and if I start a new app, I'm unable to change the "Customize Retool user menu" to hidden.
This is strange, because I DO have another app in my list on the exact same account, and the "Customize Retool user menu" is set to "Hidden" on that one.
I need the "Customize Retool user menu" to be hidden for my Web apps please.

I think you should be able to change this also in Retool global settings under branding.
The "Hide menu" option is disabled also in the Retool global settings under branding.
Hey @PatrickMast! Hiding the menu completely is an Enterprise feature at the moment. When was the app without the menu created? Unfortunately, the fact that the menu doesn't appear in it may be because the app was configured at a time when the option wasn't gated for your org.
