Similar to this thread:

New user to Retool and BigQuery. My dataset is really quite small and I read the part about the information schema limit of 100mb but feel maybe I am not hitting that as I currently have 4 tables will <20k rows all in all.

Adding the Bigquery resource was easy enough with little configuration required.

My sql queries work just no tables found in the GUI mode which would be nice for an amateur to have access to.

Any advice?

Do you know what region your BigQuery database is hosted in? Sometimes the connector can fail to fetch the schema if the region is specified on the Resource setup page:

Let me know if switching that works!
