"Run this query on page load" not available

  • Goal: I want a query to run on page load

  • Steps:

  1. Create resource query
  2. Choose internal PostgreSQL database
  3. In the Advanced section, I expect to see the checkbox "Run this query on page load?", but it isn't there

  • Details: Using Cloud version of Retool

Hi there @OlliePartly,

I've noticed that the "Run this query on page load" appears only when the query is set up to run only when manually triggered:

Although, I think if it is set up to "Run query automatically when inputs change" it will always run on page load... but I'm not entirely sure.
