Run queries at 5 second and 1 hour interval?

Hi,

I have some queries that pull fresh data every 5 seconds and others every hour. How can i set the queries to run at those 2 intervals? Thanks!

In the advanced tab of your query you can set it to run periodically.
(I'm assuming this is within and app and not a workflow)
