Retry per iteration identified as cause of error in our Workflow

Hey Dev Team,

I tried setting a loop block component to Retry per iteration.
The component performs an INSERT into a database.

Why would it generate all of these errors using Retry per iteration?
It seems to work fine using Retry entire loop.

I get the sense there is an infinite loop occurring somewhere.

Well I got it to work by clicking on things. Eventually.

IMO there is something wrong with the Retry per iteration feature, but I can't say what it is.
Its still a feature that seems to be working for me.
