I am having an issue, when I create a release of my current app... I am unable to preview it myself also when I share the preview link with others it turns up blank. the only way preview works for me currently is when I publish the release.
I have tried the preview on Firefox, Chrome and edge

I'm not seeing the same issue in my own apps. Do you know if only this one app in your org is impacted?
What does it say if you click on v2.0.0 in the top left corner? This should take you to a UI which tells you which view is published, current, etc:
Are there any console errors?
I see that you're using "Staging," does the app look different in staging vs production?
if you change the url param to ?_releaseVersion=latest, are you able to preview the editor version?
