Retool Database Tab in Self Hosted from Helm?

i can connect to the retool db using a new DB resource, but this appears to be different than the "Retool Database" resource.

Some of the documentation refers to the "Database Tab", I don't have this

i found this link in another post it works !!!

@MiguelOrtiz I should be admin - i am the only user so far in system
