Retool Cloud update? Instance suddenly doesn't show on several (older) tablets


Suddenly, several end-users cannot access our Retool Cloud instance from an iPad. They are only getting a blank page. Were there any Retool Cloud updates recently?
Seems an issue with older browsers.

It seems that due to a Retool update, older browsers are no longer compatible.
After an OS update, the issue was resolved.
