Can someone point me to some documentation on the Retool Beta API. Can this be used with webhooks or what is it used for?

At the moment it's primarily used for doing CRUD operations on resources. If you'd like to use Webhooks then Workflows is the place to go (currently in the process of being rolled out to self-hosted orgs!)
