Thanks @upsport, a snapshot resource should be live for your org now.
To recover lost data you can now query the snapshot resource like any other PostgreSQL resource. For example:
- create a short-lived app to transfer data from the snapshot resource to Retool DB
- pull data in Query Library, export to CSV, and import through the Database UI
