Request to http://localhost:3002/api/testConnection failed

hi,
I'm installing Retool on ECS - Fargate and the image version is tryretool/backend:3.28.3
When I hit the "Test Connection" button on a connection to a Postgres DB, I get the following error:

Error: request to http://localhost:3002/api/testConnection failed, reason: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:3002

Any suggestions about how to fix this are welcome.
