Referencing values from a table in a separate page

Goal: I want to take values from a table and have them appear in a separate page. Steps: I created a JS query that references localStorage but it's not working. What I want to happen is when you click on a row in the table, you go to the page in the second image and the values from the table in the first image appear in the fields in the second image.
