Query/Codes are missing in sidebar but show up on data source dropdown and is accessible with javascript template

Duplicating the app does not work, this is the only page on the app

Do you remember if this app was exported from a module or created from scratch?

From scratch, I ended rebuilding the entire app again from zero because of this bug.

Our team shipped a fix for the bug where folders weren't getting migrated over properly from modules to multipage apps. So, if your app was previously a module, it shouldn't happen moving forward!
