QR Code Generator - Output not correct

Hello All!

I'm working on a QR code generator app - working directly from the Retool Template (qr code generator) and I'm running into an issue.

It's generating an output similar to this: [hidden]://workitem/create?name=Jake&location=Cincy&workOrder=12312&group=Atlanta%2C%20GA&category=Compliance

But the QR code is linking to: [hidden]://workitem/create?name=Jake

It's not carrying all my parameters in. Can you point me to where I'm going wrong?

P.S. The output URL is working in other QR code generators.

Could you share a couple of screenshots showing the "Response" and "API Request" tabs after running your query?

I have not used the template but I built this query from scratch and it seems to be working as expected:

Note: The QR I get does send me to "https://google.com"

On the request tab I see both URL params:
