Hey Team,
Overflow Row action has a tooltip that is not controllable and is UI noise most of the time.
We'll follow up when this is fixed!
To add here, now that buttons can be added to "Overflow" it would be nice to get ability to hide them depending on currentRow as having "Activate" and "Deactivate" both visible in overflow is not the best UI.
Additionally "Always show" row actions would be a good add as a lot of users do not like the feature as it's not clearly visible you can perform actions until you hover a row

We added the ability to hide action buttons based on current row

+1 on the tooltip awkwardness. Ideally, the label and the tooltip would be defined independently. The dropdown display is limited to so few characters! e.g., the full word "duplicate" doesn't even fit 
For example, in this screenshot, the labels could be "Edit" and "Dupe" and the tooltips then elaborate with "Edit Detail 267" and "Duplicate Detail 267 into a new detail"
