Observability - custom errors not logged

Hi!

Trying out the new observability error reporting via Datadog and we noticed that where we have 'custom' errors set up (events on failure), then those are not logged to the retool-error-monitor service.
Is this a bug or a feature? Could this be added to the error reporting functionality aka list them in the logs as errors, not just a normal audit log event? Or maybe is there some workaround so we could modify our errors still but also get them via the error monitor service?

When handling error events via a workflow - which I believe is the feature that you're referring to - we typically recommend posting the transformed errors to your error monitoring service as described here.
