Hi,
When using OAuth2 the audience is not included in the request to the token provider. The provider's log shows that the request is made without including the audience in the body.
Can you confirm this issue exists and a timeline on fixing it, as this is blocking production rollouts.

Which on-prem version are you currently using? The version info can be found by clicking on the chat icon in the lower right corner of your screen. A menu should pop up which will show your Retool version number:
