- My goal: to publish my app
- Issue: after clicking publish I get a “Publishing…” status in the chat window but never progresses further and I can’t cancel or chat now.
- Steps I've taken to troubleshoot: Refresh the page.

Eventually got a time out:

The second publish didn’t work either but I could create a new chat, it asked if I wanted to create a new chat without publishing which I did. But it seems like the publish did actually work.

Can you confirm that it was able to publish in a new chat?
Hi @dalem could you also share the UUID for your app (should be in the URL) so we can look into why the first attempt to publish failed?
Hey @ChiEn and @Erin_Masatsugu thank you both for your reply. To confirm, after the “publish failed” appeared, I was able to start a new chat and ignore changes and publish successfully the second time. I’ve got 14 apps and I can’t remember which one it happened on I’m sorry, if it happens again I’ll make a note of the UUID and send it over or start a new topic if required. Thanks again, Dale.
