Network timeout for third-party api

Hello every one, I try to make a request on pdf monkey and all was fine, after 12:00pm gmt-3 all request for this API, response only is timeout.

I talk with responsable on API data and made request on my machine and every thing is fine, they apointed that could be JSON Parse. I replicated the query make some mods follow this article API Authentication and error continues.

Have idea what could be?

Hi Victoria, all is fine. The error was from a api content-request!
