Same request here: Get the selected value for a Dropdown Button
Hi, Retool team, as of now, there is still no option to get the selected field of a drop down button. I wonder what is the point then. Is dropdown button only read only?
Please add this feature. In the meantime, is there a work around? Appreciate it.
@randsem , the dropdown button is a button with several (alternative) options. What do you mean by 'readonly'. You define the option for that button, but it would be possible to generate the options using 'Mapped options'.
Nevermind. I think what I was looking for was the select component which seemed to do the trick. Thanks!
