Module changes works in preview and edit mode but when app draft changes are released it does not work

Module works in preview and edit mode but when app draft is released it does not

It shows this error -> {"status":404,"message":"Unable to retrieve information about the query "send_home whatsapp msg"","statusCode":404,"error":"Not Found","data":null}

I saw one thread with same issue but it was trial period issue which can't be in our case .

Can anyone help me with this ?

SOLVED ->
Module versioning was not activated which was causing the error.
If you face similar problem please ask retool to activate versioning in modules for your org
