Our mobile applications have stopped working on mobile for android devices with on prem version 3.2.3
Can someone please help resolve this? Application works fine on iPhone but not on Android

Retool version 3.2.X has received several patches since 3.2.3. So, without a solid understanding if the issue, our first recommendation would be to update to 3.2.10 (the up-to-date 3.2.X version) in case you're experiencing an issue that has already been patched.
Separately Retool version 3.2.X is no longer supported, so generally we suggest you update your Retool instance to a supported version as soon as you can. You can see which versions are supported in Retool's Release Notes.

Thanks @everett_smith! We are going to move to the cloud to get the latest version. Android seems to work fine on the current cloud version.
Oh, if that's possible for you to move to cloud, then great! Are you able to fully unblock your users by making that migration?
