All is in the topic. We need to keep usage of workflows for more than a month so
- is there a way to increase this delay ?
- is there a way to export the logs to keep those out of the workflow ?

From our docs on the retention period:
Admins can enable and update the retention period for Run History data from Settings > Advanced > Workflows: Enable Data Retention . The default retention period is 30 days, and the maximum retention period is 90 days.
On the other hand, to export logs, click Run history and you'll find a download button on the top right of the panel:

It's already an improvement ! And will secure a lot of time.
But we need to keep it for more than 90 days. We're looking for maybe an API that can export so we can keep it in a database.
