Insert a record - via a form - PKEY error showing up across multiple reports

Hi,

I have multiple reports in retool that I input a new record via a form by selecting on existing data in the table. In the past this has worked perfectly but recently across all my reports they are all starting to fail and show the following error -

"insert into Product Catalogue - PCF failed: you must satisfy the constraint 'Product Catalogue - PCF pkey'"

See image below and also preview before it fails. Any ideas?

Hi @RA_SYD,

I believe this may be because of your db's sequence. I found this link that may be useful to reset it and try if that is causing the error:

Hey Matei, I believe I figured it out. Head to the Query Library in retool. then follow these steps: Create a sequence if one doesn't already exist (copy and past and run the query): CREATE SEQUENCE candidates_entry_id_seq; Alter the id column to use the sequence (copy and past and run the query): ALTER TABLE candidates_entry ALTER COLUMN id SET DEFAULT nextval('candidates_entry_id_seq'); (Optional) Ensure the sequence starts with a value higher than the current maximum id in the tab…
