I am using compressor.js library to compress images before uploading to s3 instead of directly uploading. But the library is not working with filepicker component.

When you say that it is not working, are you getting any error messages in the app or browser console?
I am not familiar with this particular library, but it is also possible that the library is not compatible with Retool.
