How did/do I name the temporary state?

I needed to create a new temporary state which I did and it works. But I want to rename it from the default state1. I know I have done this before but I can't figure out how. I want to rename state1 to something more understandable like I did for emailToDisplay, but I forget how I created emailToDisplay :grinning:

Also how do I get delete one.

You select the variable and then you will see the name and default value is the right panel. Use the three dot menu to select Delete.:
