Hi, I just want to know how can I Highlight the Group by Row in Table.

Currently there is not a way to do this, but there is a potential work around while I add this to our feature request for our eng team to see if they can add this. Thank you for finding this as I am sure other users would find this feature useful as well.
The workaround involves changing the tables background color, while setting the style to white for everything else. This is unfortunately the only way as the 'group by rows' will have the background color applied to them.
In this screen shot I set background to red and then added white styling to a couple other areas and specifically the row color to white.
