Getting "Query timed out after 120000ms" although Workflow has no response block

  1. My goal: Ensure Retool AI block follows 600s timeline instead of 120s
  2. Issue: My workflow does not have a response block. Block still gets 120s timeout
  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:

Hi @doug123,

You set up everything correctly, this is an internal bug we are tracking and working on fixing currently.

Retool AI blocks can't go over 2 minutes currently.

This is a known bug and I can add this post to the ticket so that I can share any updates on this getting fixed.

One alternative for a work around would be to use a openAI query instead of Retool AI query. Since this bug is unique to only Retool AI query blocks.
