Is there a way to create a form based on a graphql schema? Like the JSON schema form. it would be great, because basically all the information for a form is in the graphql mutation schema, complete with enums, values, etc.

Currently there is not, unfortunately. But this is a feature request and I can tag in a +1 on that request for you, which helps our eng team prioritize issues.
It looks like JSON schema is a feature request we have in the system.
