Embedded app does not work on business plan

I have an app that was working fine on the free tier. It was embedded inside a Tableau extension. As soon as I upgraded to the business tier, public links and embed links stopped working. Even a brand new app with nothing in it fails. The error is:

"Object not serializable". The related JSON has a type of "SET_MODEL". As mentioned above this happens even on a brand new app with no kind of parent window selector, etc.

A related error that shows up is:
runtime.b438a834.js:2 Uncaught TypeError: e.findLast is not a function
at ko.extractQueryRunInfo (runtime.b438a834.js:2)

Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums! This is an issue that I would probably recommend reaching out to support@retool.com regarding. This seems to be an issue with your account if you cant even make a brand new app.
