Hey team,
Dynamic table is super useful but it would be a blast if we can provide a JSON object for each column and based on it set values of columns.
With this approach currently we can set type but value field is not exposed.

Agreed! I don't think this is being worked on currently, but I'll add your +1 to the internal feature request we have for this
