Is there an option to showcase the Main application directly within the Home App Menu? At present, end users are only able to view each of the sub-menu applications separately, which is causing some confusion.
Use the workspace homepage to route them to a specific app. You can even make this app a sort of "Home Page" where it just contains links to all the other apps.
If you go to settings/permissions then select a group you can set their homepage there.
